6:30-8:30pm
This 8-week course focuses on all the basics of pottery making. Students will learn hand-building, using a potter's wheel for both throwing and trimming and a variety of surface decoration and glazing techniques. Classes are small enough to accommodate some tailoring to the interests of the group.
Classes meet once weekly for 8 consecutive weeks from June 19 through August 7, 2024 Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm.
All levels welcome.
Tuition is $625. This includes materials and firings.
We reserve the right to cancel should a minimum number of registrations not be met. All classes and workshops are final sale, no returns/refunds.

Why 7 weeks and not 8? Because there is no class on July 4th. We will be eating hot dogs on the beach:)

Open Studio Session
Every Tuesday from 5:30-8:30.
You must pre-register.
In this one-day, 3 hour open studio, you'll get some additional time in the studio. Want to finish a project or stretch yourself a bit further than in a workshop? Or maybe this is the space for your regular studio practice. An instructor is on-hand to assist but should not be expected to fully instruct any technique so some experience is required.
You can pick up your finished work after we fire your pieces for you. This takes three weeks.
Open studio is available (almost!) every Tuesday from 5:30-8:30pm, slots open on an ongoing basis.
Tuition is $60.00, materials and firing are included, with some size limitations.

Ages 8-18, Mixed: Classes meet once weekly on an on-going basis. Fun and functional projects are planned, along with some wheel throwing, surface decoration and glazing with the emphasis on developing each student’s individual ideas and skills.
-All levels welcome
-Classes meet once weekly, Wednesdays 3:30-5:30
-This registration secures your place and first months payment
-Tuition is $160/month (4 classes), materials and firings are always billed separately based on volume. A $20 deposit for materials and firings is required.
This class is on a waitlist basis.
